Cutting yourself on the brambles and thorns while walking towards the camera	3	Wear long trousers and long sleeve shirts I order to reduce the risk of lacerations. Take care whole walking to ensure you don’t trip up and therefore fall over cutting yourself further.
Tripping over	5	Watch out what you are walking on because the ground is slippery because of the recent wet weather conditions take care and walk slowly to minimize the risk of falling over because you will not be rushing around.
Pneumonia from wet feet	7	Keep feet warm by wearing thick socks. Wear shoes which are water resistant or water proof to help keep water off of your feet ensuring they don’t get too cold and if they become too cold and wet come back and change your footwear and socks to keep warm.
